Tony is the CEO/Senior Firearms and Combatives Instructor for Self Defense Concepts LLC. and maintains his commission as a law enforcement officer, he is also an adjunct instructor for Ozark Technical College where Tony conducts training on EMT/EMS skills, emergency driving simulation, and scenario based instruction.

Everton City Police Department, Hurley City Police Department, Galena City Police Department,
Fugitive Apprehension Search Team (F.A.S.T), Mutual Aid Medical Agency, WEB-TAC, and the H. Graham Clark Airfield (Point Lookout) Aircraft Rescue Firefighting Department.
